SaaS Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

Custom Development Projects

Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed as per the agreed milestone structure. Any advance payment beyond completed milestones will be refunded after deducting applicable costs.

Demo Requests and Consultations

Demo or consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without penalty by contacting us at [email protected].

Billing Portal Services

Service cancellations through the billing portal follow the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
