All free tools are provided at no cost. No payment is required, so no refunds are applicable.

SaaS Products (EduSaathi, Vakeel Saathi, Poultry Saathi)

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your case.

Custom Development Services

Refunds for custom development projects are governed by the individual agreement signed at the start of the engagement. Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and accepted.

Billing Portal Payments

Payments made through the Cookies & Cursor client billing portal are subject to the terms of your individual service agreement. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of a disputed charge.
