Fixing Sideways Photos
Photos taken on phones are sometimes saved sideways because the orientation is stored as metadata that some apps ignore. Rotating by 90° bakes the correct orientation into the pixels.
For tilted horizons, use the custom angle. Non-right angles enlarge the canvas so no part of your picture is cut off; transparent corners are filled white for JPG output.
